Upon placement of an order and receipt of that order by Norbulingka Institute, customers will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive an email with a tracking number.

Currently all prices on our India site are shown and sold in INR. If you wish to pay in a different currency, please kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and we will be able to send you an online invoice payable by Paypal or Credit Card.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number within three-five business days that will allow you to monitor the shipment of your order.
Norbulingka offers domestic shipping through DTDC, and international shipping through FedEx.
Norbulingka ships to the shipping address provided by the customer. Norbulingka is not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. Shipments returned to Norbulingka as undeliverable may incur additional shipping fees to resend. Unless otherwise noted, all orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, but not signature confirmation. Signature confirmation can be provided upon request.
Please kindly also note that all customs, duties, and taxes will be paid by the customer.
Because of Norbulingka Institute's location in Dharamsala, India, please allow at least one week for domestic shipping and two weeks for international shipping.
