Customers will receive a confirmation email following Norbulingka Institute's receipt of an order. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive an email with a tracking number.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number within 4-5 business days, which will allow you to monitor its shipment. 

Possibly! You can cancel your order if it hasn't been shipped yet.

We believe in personal attention to each request and order. If you are not satisfied with the product, please get in touch with us as soon as you receive your order so that we can resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Time Frame: Items must be returned within three days of the delivery date to be eligible for a return.

Condition: The products must be in their original condition, including packaging and tags, to be eligible for return and refund or replacement.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been damaged after delivery.

Refunds will be credited within 7-8 business days after receiving the product.

We will pick up the return within 4 - 7 days from the requested placement date.

Please keep the return shipment ready.

Reporting Damaged Items

You must report any damage within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Send an email to shop@norbulingka.org with the following details:

• Order Number.
• A detailed description of the damage.
• Photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Eligibility: Free Shipping above 3000 INR .

Norbulingka Institute's location in Dharamsala, India, please allow at least one week for shipping, and Tracking notifications will be sent within 2 days after your order placement.

Norbulingka ships to the shipping address provided by the customer. Norbulingka is not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. Shipments returned to Norbulingka as undeliverable may incur additional shipping fees to resend will be charged to the
customer.
